I’m really not surprised by the Democrats. They only exert effort to oppose their own candidates like Mamdani and nothing against the Republicans.

The more I listen to Mamdani’s speeches, the more I wonder if the Republicans truly understand what they are doing when they gleefully cheer on that they’ll make him the face of the Democrats.

I think my take in Georgia is that the lefty candidates have been winning *except* when running up against someone with big name recognition. Explains why democratic socialist Kelsea Bond is winning in Atlanta along someone like the centrist Michael Julian Bond.

The Atlanta City Council President (i.e: the de facto cop city referendum) is razor sharp margins. I don’t think we’ll have an answer on that tonight

I wasn’t so sure back last November, but now I’m very confident that *the* biggest reason why Kamala Harris lost was because she endorsed Netanyahu’s war on Gaza and refused to show any sign of support for Palestine.
I thought that I was the most Luddite engineer when it came to the use of AI in my work, but boy was I completely wrong about that after hearing a few thoughts.
I don’t ever use it, but apparently unlike my colleagues, I don’t believe the use of it will lead to the dissolution of society.
