Also, can't help but wonder if the kids forming local TP chapters really want to subject themselves to this dreck. I know there's this idea going around that Zoomers are all a bunch of uptight trad losers, but I can't help but think this is going to result in TP chapters getting mocked on campus.

To me the bigger potential issue here is that they are leaning on what James (or her daughter) did months or years later to prove fraudulent intent at the time of the loan origination.

Sure, circumstantial evidence *is* evidence, but I think a lot of jurors are going to be skeptical.
