@octopus.energy I switched supplier on 1/10/25. You sent a final gas bill on 4/10 & electricity bill on 5/10 some 10 working days ago. Yet I am still waiting a refund of over £800. This is in breach of Ofgen’s Guaranteed Standards of Performance. Please confirm when I will be refunded.

I know blaming the advisor is usually a distraction from problems at the top but since sacking a PM who won a huge majority 14 months ago is probably mad, and since they're not going to do it anyway, I really think they should sack the demonstrably useless advisor.

Seems the BBC significantly exaggerated the Home Office case here, both in their wording on Twitter and on the broadcast itself. Home Office lawyers did *not* say this, which would be politically toxic, and play right into the hands of you know who. >
