Great to see emissions beginning to fall as more and more renewable energy enters our grid. This is what happens when you set clear targets, and back them with a robust plan—unlike the Coalition’s zero target and zero plan, which would see both emissions and the cost of energy rise.

This is called “chain refoulment” and it’s illegal under both U.S. and international law. And the State Department and ICE know very well what Ghana is doing and simply don’t care.
ICE deported a woman who owned a home in the US for 30 years. A judge banned ICE from deporting her to Sierra Leone where she had been tortured, so it deported her to Ghana, which kidnapped her and sent her back Sierra Leone anyway. ICE is part of this illegal conspiracy.

He's right, the N. Sea oil windfall combined with selling off the family silver allowed Thatcher to crush the unions and wreck our manufacturing industry.
Does this address the mirage of Thatcherism transforming Britain for the better? There was no "economic miracle" for the UK in the 1980s: only the rich & powerful; economic growth pa was the same as the 1970s. The UK was kept afloat by North Sea oil, privatisation & an explosion of household debt.

The stuff on X about disinfo accounts reminds me of the time I tried to get a Cybernat account which was obviously Russian or something to say which was their favourite sketch character on "Naked Video" - something which any true Scot would be able to do but this particular account couldn't.
