Good to see this. I hope the debate includes discussion of why racism in recruitment, selection and assessment is not being addressed. (Data, inc my own research, shows no real improvement in the past 5 years). Workforce composition directly affects patient experience & outcomes.

When I visited the Dorset Breastfeeding Network, I was told that since Covid, standard NHS antenatal classes have stopped and never returned. With future plans excluding my constituency, parents are missing out on essential information and support.
