I didn’t think I could love Letitia James more, but the indictment for helping her niece buy a house is sending me.
The niece must be absolutely devastated that it’s bringing this fake charge, but I adore an important woman who builds up the young folks.

Donald Trump placed ZERO National Guard troops at the Capitol on Jan 6 for crowd control despite requests, and for THREE HOURS after the insurrection/riot. If this is true (which it is) then a lot of very good people are owed an apology (resignation).

So far, the “Democrat programs” that have been cut during the shutdown have been the entire Special Ed department at the Dept. of Ed, the people who track and prevent diseases at CDC, and our national cybersecurity infrastructure.

I’m just not getting it. If you’re willing to build the homeless a place to live, wouldn’t it be cheaper just to stop there and simply NOT staff the place with people to hold them there under penalty of violence?
