I've lost 40-ish pounds and my joint pain is exactly the same. From everything every doctor and busy body has said I should be pain free.
Weird. Maybe the weight gain was a symptom of the pain and not vice versa!

I had a point where walking left me in enormous pain. I went to one doctor whose main answer was "stop being fat" and just...didn't ask anyone else about it for a long time.

I live near Boston and on my last trip to England I did an overnight flight that got in around 9 am. People were telling me not to nap, that it would ruin my sleep at night. I napped for like 3 hours after 2 pm, ate a huge Sunday roast, and then passed out until 9 am the next day. Naps are clutch

I've recreated the Entenmann's Devil's Food Cake.I've been trying to do this for years with a bunch of different marshmallow frosting recipes.The frosting was always a little off.Too fluffy and light and the flavor just wasn't there.
