There is definitely a problem where damaged, narcissistic mothers over-identify with their daughters/AFAB kids, and they justify the most bizarre, extreme, harmful measures as being “mama bears” for their children.

As I deal with a Mom for Liberty who has been harassing our school board, elected officials, LGBTQ+ families, and kids outside their schools with her transphobic nonsense, this makes complete sense to me.

She was radicalized when her AFAB child came out as trans.

I haven’t seen any organization/group take this on, but here’s some examples of individual efforts.

I saw this only in the Guardian earlier. The lack of coverage by nationwide media is shocking, but represents a typical disregard for gun violence when it occurs in a largely black town. And, it doesn't fit the Admin's "violent blue cities/states" narrative.

Members of Congress should be on the streets of DC—where many of them live! —putting their bodies between these law-abiding citizens and ICE. Congress should be demanding names, and promising ICE will be prosecuted when US democracy is re-established.

New — Video shared with me shows ICE officers in DC detaining a man on Friday.

Bystander filming asks man for his name. ICE agent lies and says he’s not allowed to speak to him “by law” and another says “We’ve arrested American citizens for being too close…If he gets any closer, put him in cuffs.”
