Minimize risk: swim when there are likely to be fewer people in the pool. (Morning for me) Mask before & after in change room. Pools usually have lots of air volume & ventilation so risk of transmission is low. Hope you go for it! 🏊‍♀️🏊🤿

I agree with Kelly.

From someone specializing in mental health: an anxiety disorder is defined as overreacting to a threat.

Many rationally choose to protect ourselves from an airborne virus by the simple act of wearing a mask when needed. Just like wearing seatbelts makes sense.

I mentioned to a couple of people that I had a surprise waiting to be shared when Moderna got approval for its updated COVID-19 vaccine. It’s approved, and the big news??? Completely produced domestically!!!!! 🥳🤩

Approved as usual for all aged 6mo+!

Moderna just received Health Canada authorization for its updated LP.8.1 variant COVID-19 vaccine.

The exciting part? It will be manufactured domestically!
Their authorization allows parts of the vaccine to be produced at Moderna’s new facility in Quebec, while the fill-finish will be handled by Novocol Pharma in Ontario. The domestically produced vaccine will be ready for this year’s fall vaccination campaign.

A: Acceleration (e.g. dementia, vascular)
A: reActivation (e.g. EBV, LTBI)
A: Aging (inflammation, telomere shortening)
