We're witnessing the most aggressive, fanatical crackdown on free speech in my lifetime. The speed and breadth of government censorship and private sector and nonprofit capitulation has been astonishing. As has the lack of urgency/silence from people who've long claimed to care about this stuff.

I’m kind of speechless with this one. I can’t imagine the kind of person who continues to make the argument that it doesn’t count as real starvation if the kids were already sick.

There's talk in here about electrical rates leading to a massive transfer of wealth from the average person to data center owners. I just don't see that being stopped in this economy, with technology that has yet to prove it's profitable
