Two of my favorite ever pieces didn’t make it into IBA. Just so disappointed that my unicorn got rejected from every competition I entered it in. Oh well!

So many makeshift markers for the people that have been disappeared by ICE. Now there are is graffiti to note where people were taken. Interesting to note that some property owners remove graffiti like this, while others don’t.

This April we're doing environmental ed a little differently.

Join us for Biodiversitease: an Earth Day Cabaret!

We just don't see any reason why a bodacious bumblebee can't teach you about the critical role of pollinators, ya know?

This *will* sell out. Get tix now

I've seen some similar projects, but IMO this seems to better capture some of the fine-grained detail

Maybe a good time for this as well with norovirus making headlines.

I made this for our bathroom and a few “lucky” friends also got one as a gift.

As I’ve said before, it’s astonishing that I even have any friends at all.

Super simple disclaimer that *all* authors really need to make sure make it to the beginning of their books. I'm at the point where I'm going to set a date that any book written after this date that *doesn't* have this I wont read.

Not all owls say "who".

The saw-whet owl may have gotten its name from the resemblance of its call to a saw being sharpened on a whet-stone.

Seems like a better name than "3rd-grade-recorder-practice owl."
