just increasingly obvious that everything online Dems got excited about in casting Newsom as a “fighter” was simply the skilled efforts of a comms team who knows exactly what online Dems will fall for, while the man himself has a spine made of absolute tapioca pudding
I put myself through the entire interview. Trust me when I tell you that Gavin "dank memes" Newsom agrees with him on EVERYTHING. I literally says "I agree with you" on EVERYTHING. Ben "extremely unpopular even with MAGA" Shapiro gets very combative with him and Gavin capitulates EVERY time.

I ordered some Magic booster packs online as a gift for someone. I suppose I shouldn't complain since they got to me okay, but it seems a bit weird that they were shipped wrapped in an envelope instead of inside the envelope.

So, I'm playing Crusader Kings 3 and I started out as a count with the king of East Francia as my liege. I gradually expanded and around the time I got my 3rd duchy decided it time to go solo and started an independence faction. Then, before I could actually rebel, the king died.
