All I know about that series is suddenly a lot more gay men are into hockey (many were before) and straight people are talking about bottoms and tops and they're not talking clothing.

Thank you GoDaddy tech support 'Ai' for trying to help me with an issue but after "Please allow me a few minutes to check" turned into fifteen minutes I'll try a crystal ball or tea leaves instead.

Do I have this right?

A Wall Street financier is shaping opinions for a newspaper owned by hedge funds to manufacture consent for technology built on intellectual theft to consolidate wealth and power into the hands of narcissistic billionaires while pouring gasoline on a climate crisis? 🤔
In 2025, AI became pervasive in American life and the economy, with ChatGPT surging in adoption much faster than any other major technology in memory. @nytopinion.nytimes.com

It's easy to be confused by Bondi hashtags until you realize one is an Australian beach and site of a mass killing and the other is a botoxed official of the U S government and not a beach.

This quote elides the portion where Petro openly declares that any Colombian who collaborates with the United States in its imperial ambitions in Latin America would be cursed and forsaken for generations as a traitor of their blood and peoples.
“A clan of pedophiles wants to destroy our democracy. To keep Epstein's list from coming out, they send warships to kill fishermen and threaten our neighbor with invasion for their oil.”

Watching La Revolution: sort of The Strain meets the French revolution. Set in the 1700's there's lots of candles and torches. So many torches with massive flames. Big flames. How do they avoid setting the sets with low ceilings aflame?

I don't know if this is real but it reminded me of dog chew toys I saw at Macy's years ago. They were life sized replicas of women's shoes and men's loafers, rubber, for dogs to chew on.
"Why would you teach your dog to chew shoes?" I thought.
Now, "Hey let's teach the Rottweiler to gnaw on jocks"

The movie Soylent Green is mainly remembered for the titular crackers and Charleton Heston's gritted teeth, but it also had tall luxurious high security buildings where the wealthy lived, guarded from the poors, and people living in parked cars covering all the streets.

It's 7 degrees F outside right now. In the St Louis area we fluctuate between sub-zero freezing in the winter to weeks over 100 degrees F in the summer.
My theory of Midwestern bad drivers is summer bakes memory of driving in snow out of our heads, winter freezes any memory of driving in rain.
