This is the stuff that marks someone as a danger.

Not even just that he intends to sneak back into an organizing space where he’s been told that he’s unwanted; the need to publicly brag about it, and make sure everyone knows.

You cannot do collaborative work with someone who only centers himself.

This all goes doubly if you're an artist because come on, we're all struggling here. You want your art to be marginalising someone else for no reason?

Please understand that this is what is happening here.

Abusive men are in a feminized network encountering mechanisms meant to protect people, and they are appealing to a popular audience attempting to undermine those mechanisms by characterizing them as shrill, hysterical, "paranoid."

Feminine.

Like, I don't get it.

I don't get how people refuse to understand that these men are actively demonstrating themselves to be unsafe, bragging about it, but it's always the women who are the wreckers for naming the obvious.

So either

1) these men are telling the truth, and a very effective resistance network has assessed them to be unsafe, or

2) these men are lying. In which case, why are we engaging anything they say?

Good opsec is about keeping bad actors on the outside of sensitive communications and operations.

The resistance networks on the ground in MN are obviously very effective, and have (according to W*ll and Br*ce themselves) pushed W*ll and Br*ce outside their ops/comms. What does that tell you?

Br*ce B*lden is a bad actor class reductionist, W*ll St*ncil is class denialist.

The common thread between them isn't their politics, it's their desire to be the center of attention and their desire to mass harass critics from marginalized backgrounds into submission and silence.

Known bad actors and misogynistic harassers from across the left/progressive spectrum are coming together to complain about on the ground activists using disciplined opsec.

And I *really* hope folks see this for what it is, which is career harassers opposing mechanisms intended to curb harassment.

Some of y’all naively want Gavin in the same way that some incredibly naive MAGAlings wanted Trmp: bc he says shit sarcastically about ppl you hate & does it with shiny monster pizazz. You want him to be YOUR monster.

But like Trmp, his guiding principles are not yours. Self-interest & power.

it's the RAND Corporation's fault, primarily, that insurance became how we pay for medical care

it's staying that way because private healthcare is making people very, very rich

dental care being an entirely different insurance thing is mostly because the ADA lobbies for it to make more money
Why do we even have insurance.

No the fuck we don’t.

We want to ABOLISH ice. And then, since you apparently don’t know, we want to PROSECUTE those that broke the law, in the office AND in the streets.
Democrats want commonsense reform for ICE:

End the roving patrols and racial profiling.

Take accountability and abide by the same rules as local police.

Masks need to come off, body cameras need to stay on—no secret police in the United States of America.

So TL;DR, it costs us 1.5 cents per 3D printed whistle (approximately) in filament and electric costs, compared to about 6 for drop shipping; we're more nimble with a distributed network, and also, they can't just seize our whistles off the ship and stop the whole thing; and we pay less in shipping.

They have criminalized the EXISTENCE of undocumented folks within our borders.

Their existence is very literally now categorized as a crime worthy of state violence, that's what is getting protested here.

I'm not even trying to argue about what should or shouldn't be a crime.

My point is that when fascists control the government, they criminalize ALL protest eventually.

Not to mention the very existence of target populations.

I'm not trying to tell anyone what tactics they should agree or disagree with, I have my opinions but I don't think that's a *useful* argument to have when this stuff becomes Discourse.

But if your standard is "no crime," you let legislators dictate protest legitimacy.

Guess who is legislating.

Fuck yes, a DA who gets that our constitutional system empowers them to hold federal agents to account, via criminal prosecution, for abuse of those in his jurisdiction:
Philidelphia DA Larry Krasner warns ICE: If an agent commits crimes in Philly, I will charge you. You will be arrested. You will stand trial, and you will be convicted in state or federal court and you will do your time. Donald Trump can't pardon you for a state court conviction.

ICE hasn't stopped brutalizing people or shredding the Constitution, it's just that corporate media turned the camera as the call for action got too loud and the Democrats stepped in and made sure the issue got changed.

If you sit for a second, you'll recognize that's what happened with BLM, too.
