Hauled out the drywall repair kit to fix a few dings the cats left in the hallway and now I'm going around the house like a maniac fixing every knick I find. I'm about to punch a hole just to give me something else to fix perfectly 💅🏻

Moved the petcam to the cat's window perch so I can see when the amazon guy comes. Turned up the volume and turned on something called the 'motion alarm' and the second a car drove by my whole house lit up with blaring sirens and I almost peed. So now I know what that button does, I guess.

I really hate it when scientists keep saying that “we need to rebuild trust in science,” because it implies that scientists are to blame for the mistrust rather than the millions of dollars of dark money that have funded political attacks on science in order to advance a far right agenda.
