The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

Justin Cook's work on Yu Yu Hakusho has always been a highlight to me in terms of great dubs but only now did I learn that he was ADR Director on the show as well the main character and was only 19 when he started.

Even Smile Bomb, a lot of people will argue that the JP version is clearly the superior choice because the English vocalist isn't as impressive, but I VASTLY prefer the US instrumentation over the JP instrumentation, and the soft listless delivery of the singer fits Smile Bomb perfectly.

Every now and then I introduce Tyler to the old shit I grew up with, and sometimes with anime I declare we'll be watching the dub instead of subbed and most of the time Tyler winces and calls me cringe, but with Yu Yu Hakusho we listened to both and they agree the dub is straight up a better show.
