Good stuff. I really enjoyed the Books of Blades. Each features a wide variety of S&S and HF that reminded me of the contents of the Shadows Against Darkness anthologies.

Very happy to see publications jumping on to offering DRM-free options on Amzn exclusive books too as a Kindle apostate.

Folks selling Kindle books, you should know that Amazon now offers the option to allow EPUB and PDF downloads of DRM-free books.

The option is presented when adding new books to Kindle, but for existing titles you have to opt-in for each of them to allow these new file formats.

Speaking of scams and conspiracy theory. An acquaintance of mine fell for a scam recently. One that featured that common tactic of time pressure to hinder the mark's ability to reason. In Mothman Prophecies, Keel mentions time pressure being a frequent component of visitation and prophecy messaging.
Author Brad Steiger interviewed scores of psychics, prophets, and contactees for his study of this phenomenon, Revelation: The Divine Fire. He found that people claiming to be in communication with God, angels, spirits of the dead, and spacemen from other planets were all receiving essentially the same information. All spoke of an impending disaster, just as Zandark warned, “The time for your planet is crucial.” But the prophets and seers of the last century were getting the same spiel.
