Today was a strange day. It would have been my Mum Eloise’s 97th birthday today, 7/10/25. (She died in December 2021). I had a busy day but all the time she was at the back of my mind. It’s a peculiar feeling NOT having to buy a birthday card for your Mother. RIP Eloise 😘

Friend of mine who lives just outside Colchester told me a few months ago that the local branch (which she had to take a bus to get to) is gone. It’s now in an out of town shopping area. She has a serious back condition & lives with RA, so has to be driven there. #semiruralcountrylife #TheArchers
