I just wanted to give you an update on getting products to the US. We used to send new items directly to you from our warehouse in Scotland, but it's a got a lot more
complicated! Now we need to pack it all up on pallets, send it by boat across the sea (this takes about 6 weeks at the moment) then it hits US customs which is totally overwhelmed, so far our latest shipment has been in customs for 3 weeks and still needs to get x-rayed, and we've got another shipment on the sea. Lots of businesses have decided to stop shipping to the US, but we absolutely will not give up on our US customers. We will do everything possible, to get products to you as quickly as we can, but global logistics is in absolute turmoil, so it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination. I'm really sorry you can't get what you want, when you want it.
But we could not be doing more. Our operations team have pulled so many extra shifts to get items ready to ship, wrapping through weekend and into the evenings. It should start to get better soon! We love you all so much and will continue to do everything we can, Brie
