If you have morals, scruples, how is it possible to meet in the middle on issues where one side doesn't accept that some groups of people are human beings or are lesser human beings?

That's my starting point. We can have a discussion only if you understand this statement.

Not an evolutionary biologist but it was a large part of my studies.

I support this 100%. Also, I will add any evolutionary biologist who disagrees has never studied finches or sparrows. Bullshit they are famous and must be studied by evolutionary biologists. I had to study them as an ecologist.
Hey, fellow evolutionary biologists:

If you support trans rights, like, comment, or repost this. I want to show that transphobes like Richard Dawkins are a loud minority that does not represent our community
And that’s a follow.

Actually I do have a question if you have a sec.

Without exception the most transphobic group of scientists I’ve run into online are evolutionary biologists. Every single one of them has expressed the same opinion: transness cannot be anything other than social contagion. Why?

This is absolutely hilarious to watch. Fucking morons think the Banker has more clue about climate and the environment than a life long conservationist and Greenpeace leader. Mainstream understanding of climate is near 0. Carney continues to feed misinformation to the public. We are fucked!
There definitely wasn't enough positive action.
Lots of fights & court cases.
The previous climate policies were mostly crafted by Steven Guilbeault, not PM Trudeau.
Now we have a PM who knows more about climate than Guilbeault and he has the brains and the team to put

Anyone else wondering why the pipeline is contingent on CCS systems. Uh huh.

Yuuuge conflict of interest.
Brookfield Corporation was headed by Mark Carney. You will never guess what their big investment was right before Mr Carney became PM.

Thats right. Carbon Capture and Storage. Some serious journalist needs to do a story on this.

he's an elite bank weasel above all and has more in common with donald trump than he does with the average canadian. his "nation building" projects are just a wishlist from the oil and gas lobby and the increases to military spending coupled with austerity lead us down the same path as the US.
Mark Carney’s journey from climate ‘visionary’ to pipeline promoter
Environmentalists believed the former Bank of Canada governor was a true believer in the need for the world to move away from fossil fuels. Then he became prime minister.
