Every year at late tax filing, say, “wow, I wasted so much money!”

Then, I tabulate just the bare necessities: Mortgage, utilities, termite service, exterminator service, groceries, home & car insurance. (I dipped in my savings & paid my 4yo car off.)

No wonder these kids can’t afford a house.
