Ich kann mich gut an diese Ausweitung erinnern. Hätte jemand gesagt, "das könnte auch Politiker in Korruptionsfällen begünstigen" - das wäre nicht nur vehement dementiert worden, die Novelle wäre an sowas wohl gescheitert. wäre so nie durchgegangen.
