Everyone on my skyline is older than ICE. We lived a life without them and nothing has improved with their existence: housing is not cheaper, healthcare is not more accessible, and we are not more secure. Abolish ICE and it is your moral duty to oppose them kidnapping and trafficking people.

I heard him admit to sexually assaulting women with my own ears. I heard the audio of him pressuring the Georgia secretary of state to overturn the 2020 election with my own ears. I saw Jan 6th unfold with my own eyes.

These people are so woefully unprepared for the moment.

This epic takedown of Trump’s entire cabinet by Jen Psaki would be funny if millions of lives weren’t hanging in the balance because of his no good, incompetent, unqualified, reckless, corrupt, unserious, and flat out dangerous picks.

My parents started watching a show on Netflix. They were telling me about it Sunday and they kept saying "Absent Tia." I asked them to spell it for me.

Absentia.

It was adorable.

DOGE was created for data theft and infrastructure dismantling and it wildly succeeded on both counts within the first few weeks of its existence. It will take a generation to rebuild what it destroyed and the breach of data is unprecedented.
Bye bye, “DOGE”.

It no longer exists as a “centralized entity”, according to the Office of Personnel Management.

Best case: The President of the United States knew about a pedophilia ring and did nothing to stop it.

Medium case: He also used his office to protect the perpetrators.

Worst case: Because he was one of the perpetrators.

I hate haggling with SiriusXM to cancel my account. Why the hell would I want to directly negotiate for my own insurance? Does he not understand how insurance pools work?

Wait. Don’t answer that.
Trump: "I want the money to go into an account for people where they buy their own health insurance. It's so good. The insurance will be better. It'll cost less. Everybody is gonna be happy. They're gonna feel like entrepreneurs. They're actually able to go out & negotiate their own insurance"

Most of y’all are old enough to remember but it bears repeating, Democrats couldn’t peel off a single member of the Republican caucus in the initial fight to enact the ACA, even after they watered down the plans to attract them.

Republicans got 8 Democrats in what’s essentially a vote to repeal.
Democrats have been fighting for months to address America's healthcare crisis

For the millions who will lose coverage
For people with cancer who won't get the care they need
For working families who can't afford to pay $25K more a year for healthcare

We will keep fighting

Paying for funding.

Our president is almost literally the Nigerian prince in those scam emails.
Breaking News: Cornell University reached an agreement with the Trump administration that would restore hundreds of millions in funding to the university. It's expected to pay a $30 million fine to the government and to invest $30 million in agriculture and farming programs.
Cornell Reaches Deal with Trump Administration to Restore Research Funds
The Ivy League university had warned of layoffs after the Trump administration stripped it of funds this year. The cuts were among the deepest in higher education.

Nothing’s funny anymore, but “23% of Americans yearn for the White House East Wing to be demolished” is sort of funny.
“YouGov polling conducted Tuesday found that 53 percent opposed demolishing part of the East Wing, 23 percent supported it and the remainder were unsure.”

I feel like George Santos exemplifies a lot of what’s broken in the “justice” system. He was a corrupt politician, he briefly experienced the horrors of inhumane prison conditions, then the corrupt president moved to yank him out—and his victims received none of what they were owed in the process
