Fiona Bruce, even though she tried to derail to favour the RW bullshit, struggled against the tide.

It's on iPlayer, & I highly recommend watching it. I can't remember the last time I watched QT let alone cheered!

Flags are of course fine when displayed for the right reasons.

To exclude others is not it imo.

Plus we saw quite a few were ripped or torn down by Storm Amy anyway and look a damn eyesore.

My concern is, Israel will break the ceasefire, as I'm pretty sure Trump used it to try & sway the result.

As a proud Salopian who now lives in Shrewsbury, it wasn't a big surprise. We have pockets that are less tolerant, which area doesn't, but my experience is that most here are 'live & let live' in attitude.
We had a fundamental shift when Helen Morgan won & retained her seat in N. Shrops. I hope

1/🧵 In the Prevention of Future Deaths report concerning the death of Leia Sampson-Grimbly, the Senior Coroner required Wes Streeting’s DHSC to set out the concrete steps it would take to reduce waiting lists at gender clinics w/ a timetable for action. The DHSC should have responded last month.

5 CORONER’S CONCERNS

During the course of the inquest the evidence revealed matters giving rise to concern. In my opinion there is a risk that future deaths could occur unless action is taken. In the circumstances it is my statutory duty to report to you.

The MATTERS OF CONCERN are as follows. – Waiting lists are far too long for first appointment at a Gender Dysphoria clinic.
6 ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN

In my opinion action should be taken to prevent future deaths and I believe you [AND/OR your organisation] have the power to take such action.
7 YOUR RESPONSE

You are under a duty to respond to this report within 56 days of the date of this report, Namely by Friday19th September2025I, the coroner, may extend the period. Your response must contain details of action taken or proposed to be taken, setting out the timetable for action. Otherwise you must explain why no action is proposed.
