Virtue signaling is good and we should do a hell of a lot more of it. It's literally signaling the values of your society to other members of that society and young people don't just magically have values as some innate feature within them. They're given to them through osmosis by those they watch.

I don't understand podcast pivot to video. The ones I've seen feel like an infomercial. Others feel like a demo reel hoping someone will notice the host. Little visually engages viewers. If there is a visual, listeners sometimes loses out.
