Universal single payer + ubi are the two greatest small business growth policies I can think of. Also, the most powerful way to reduce poverty. Also the most effective way to increase worker power. Also the best way to reduce wealth inequality. Why wouldn't everyone want it?

important to remember that if health care is a product to be consumed by you, the consumer, then it can be dispensed by them, the owner class, at the price point at which maximizes their profit- regardless of how it helps or hurts you

I don't think you can claim universal health care is too impractical when literally every other developed nation has it and our health outcomes are closer to the average life expectancy of former Yugoslavian countries than the UK or Canada.

I don't think you can claim universal health care is too impractical when literally every other developed nation has it and our health outcomes are closer to the average life expectancy of former Yugoslavian countries than the UK or Canada.
