I hate having FEELINGS, especially because my emotions and emotional responses can be very intense. (Which is why a game like OW or other competitive game is not a good fit when I'm like this.)

Going to just be blunt. I can't stream tonight. I have therapy tomorrow and am hoping that will help me sort some shit out bouncing around my brain. Usually it does help and I can, in theory, be around tomorrow.

My emotions are all over the map right now and it sucks.

I also had to skip out on The Walking Dead. I *did* try, but zombie media is a massive trigger for nightmares for me so I had to miss out while my Spouse watched the whole series. It was a shame because my in-laws and friends really seemed to enjoy it.

It might suck or it might feel like a relief to cut people out, but either way it's far better to not allow people to hurt you or try to dim your shine.

Oh, and if you're still figuring out who the fuck you are, that's fine, too. Shit, I'm still figuring this gender thing out at 44.

It's OK to realize you've outgrown people in your life. Who you were in your 20s is not necessarily who you will be in your 30s. Experience changes us all, and I'm certainly not the person I was at 22 that I was by 29. We change, we adapt, and sometimes others don't.
