Yesterday, my mother's cousin, Grace, turned 100 years old. She always said she was going to make it to 100 & by God she did. She went to a Christmas concert by the Pittsburgh Symphony Pops & they sang happy birthday to her in that big hall, with all those people. Honestly made me cry. HB Grace!

Omg, saying not to get the shot is BAD ADVICE. I got the shingles vaccine as soon as I was able. Both my mother & step-mother got shingles & a day or two of feeling blah is infinitely better then a week or more of [screaming intensifies]. Plus shingles can cause permanent nerve damage. No thanks.
All over my FB people talking about their bad experiences with shingles vax and dissuading each other from getting it! We need to give people real info on how to mitigate the symtoms caused by vaccines because vaccines are always better than meeting a virus unprepared. Yet drs aren't coaching ppl
