I'm really glad to hear that. Was writing to the theater if they had any insight.
Though not to be overly paranoid, that reads like the intro Hertzfeld did use GenAI (it seemed 99% guaranteed GenAI). Just none of the actual shorts. Still kinda sucks in my opinion.

Saw the Don Hertzfeld Animation Mixtape last night. I was heartbroken to see Hertzfeld using GenAI for his animation intro. Blatant use. Maybe he meant it ironically?
Even more heartbroken that fellow animation colleagues there didn't seem bothered by it.
