Really hope @naomiaklein.bsky.social's mentions/DMs are doing ok today. ❤️
I mean, credit where it's due, you really need to work to offer an interpretation that is *this* off on every single detail.

Oh, and use this website. It's not easy to avoid all American products (literally writing this post on one now) but the best way we can hurt this administration (and more importantly, help European industry) is through our wallets.

The key principle of NATO is that if a member state is attacked, the others come to its aid militarily.

It doesn't give a free pass if the aggressor is also a member.

So if we don't respond militarily to a US invasion of Greenland, NATO is shot.

I forget... how many people have been detained at the US border for writing something on X?

It's not about free speech. It never was. Don't let them claim it.

Trying my best not to be vulgar on here anymore, but when Trump dies I hope he's briefly reincarnated just so somebody aborts him.

Rare I score 100% in a test, but there we are. 3/3. Especially the fucking last one.
US Attorney General Pam Bondi had written a memo directing the US Department of Justice to compile a list of potential “domestic terrorism” organizations that espouse “extreme viewpoints on immigration, radical gender ideology, and anti-American sentiment.”

The vice president’s remarks came after analysis by both the New York Times and Washington Post undercut the Trump administration’s claims about Good’s killing.

He has complete immunity if Trump pardons him.

Let's hope the anachronistic notion that the head of state can override the justice system gets left in the past if and when the USA can get its shit together.
Q: Is this ICE officer immune to charges?

HENNEPIN COUNTY ATTORNEY MORIARTY: I can't speak to why the Trump administration says what it says. I can say the ICE officer does not have complete immunity here.

Just realised I've now been doing an early morning walk at Tempelhofer Feld pretty much every day for the past 5 years.

It's an important gauge. Before my ADHD treatment I could not get up in the morning. If I am still doing that walk, I know things aren't as dark as before.

Also crows are awesome
