Anarchist ecosocialist supplyist high density cyclist bully cancel-culture warrior - replete with lies! Or so I've been told.
Oh look, it's the Atlas Network, the same Americans who are rabble rousing in Powell River.
For those of you keen for more revelations from the oil-drenched #AtlasFiles 🔥⛽️☠️here’s the full clip of me at the #Auspol Senate hearings on the organisation and funding of climate and energy disinformation.

Fun answering questions from Sen Roberts (?!) & Canavan. ✊🏼

Who is stirring up division in Powell River? Americans of course. Specifically the Koch brothers and their Atlas Network.

its really not very journalism to use the police's euphemisms to describe the police's actions but since you're copypasting their release, this isn't journalism at all but it is a massive disservice to the public that creates yet another barrier to police accountability and it is reprehensible

I discovered Israeli government procurement documents showing a Canadian group that's sending right-wing media personalities on free trips to Israel was granted funds from Israel's foreign ministry

The funding came through an arm of the ministry focused on managing “public perception of Israel”

this is comically evil. brazenly anti-social. just absolute black-pilled nihilism. we will not have a republic, we will not be free, until we regulate these companies to the point where — at a bare minimum — they're too afraid to put stuff like this down on paper.

I posted on *three platforms* just over *20 minutes* after Radio-Canada first misidentified this innocent trans woman as a mass shooter on national television in a 6:00pmET broadcast.

I tagged Radio Canada and Patrice Roy.

They didn't issue a correction until after 2:00pmET today.

Unacceptable.
Radio-Canada apologizes after it aired a photo circulated by anti-trans hate groups online, falsely claiming it was a photo of the Tumbler Ridge shooter. Damaging and irresponsible, and this apology raises more questions about journalistic process imho.

La direction de l'information s'excuse de la publication d'une photo présentant à tort une personne comme étant responsable de la fusillade.

I’ve spent years of my life trying to explain to people that anti-trans conservatism naturally flows from their belief that children in the American nuclear family are not individuals with autonomy, but instead property of the parents and state, and this guy just… tweeted it out

The police withhold identities in BC to be able to notify the next of kin and don't often publish the names of teenage mass shooters to not amplify or promote copycat attacks.

Didn't stop an elected official from using a tragedy to attack LGBTQ+ people
Within hours, we already had an elected official—B.C. MLA Tara Armstrong—blaming the Tumbler Ridge school shooting on gender-affirming care.

AS WAS FORSEEN. The people failed to stop acting like giant children and dumping their CO2 waste everywhere. Instead demanding that we use a magic CO2 clean up wand to clean up after them.

"It's not so hard," said one giant fucking baby, "just wave the magic wand."
A parliamentary panel is calling on the Carney government to set goals for removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere — a move no other country has taken.

"The value and need for CO2 removal targets in Canada’s climate strategy cannot be overstated." subscriber.politicopro.com/article/eene...

Zero really does mean zero.
Britannia pool random debris fell from the ceiling into the pool today so they just closed 3/6 lanes and left the debris where it is😅 quality experience in Ken Sim's Vancouver
as a habitual user of vancouver's pools, rinks and gyms I second this report. there's no pool in my neighborhood, and I have to travel half an hour to even get to a pool built in this century. my usual one (Britannia) is perpetually undergoing emergency repair & has mold in plenty of disused corners

Rebecca isn't wrong. And as someone who has led rides through these very trails, I too have been frustrated by people being inconsiderate to other trail users.

I know we don't really have spaces to do rides like this. Perhaps one day we will. Until then, all we can do is try.
25/30km on a shared forest path in Stanley Park is outrageous. Speed limit on the shared Seawall path is 15km/h.

Also my video is of the ones I heard coming and had time to shout at to slow down.

Today was definitely an anomaly, I’ve never encountered this before.
