POTS is a major way that long-COVID or PASC shows and in healthy athletic humans it makes them seem absolutely human

At this point why are we covering up long-COVID?

In the context of the current flu surge, don't be afraid to ventilate or mask. It could save a life and that life could be yours!

Eating and drinking is essentially all I have left in my life that I enjoy. On good days, I cook more food so that I have decent leftovers I can just warm up on bad days. I only make food I love and I never force water down.
Not sure this answers your question though. 🤔

People around me describing brain fog, memory issues and "I just got into jogging again, why am I sick again?" (Spoiler: it's PEM) but when I ask them to consider that it could be LC and maybe try pacing, they get real defensive.

Because they are fine! THEY are not bedbound! Everything is fine!

Despite the clear evidence, we’ve continued to infect the population, not once, but repeatedly, with no plan to end the onslaught of reinfections."

I have fairly mild long COVID and what that means in practice is that I can work but have no ability to socialise, I can do 5000 steps but have to come home with crushing fatigue and sleep for hours to recover, I volunteer for two hours a fortnight when I used to do volunteer work every day.
