Kash Patel must have forgotten to tell the American people this part yesterday. Must have slipped his mind.
BREAKING on MS NOW:

Brian Cole Jr., the suspect accused of being the Jan. 6 pipe bomber, confessed to agents that he planted the bombs and has indicated he supported President Trump, according to two people familiar with his interview.

Agree with this thread. Worth reading in full.

25 years ago John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, and AC Barrett all worked on GWBush's 2000 Florida recount team. What they're doing now is, if anything, more nakedly partisan.

Fire-breathing dissent by Kagan, with Sotomayor and Jackson.
They're not even trying to appear nonpartisan anymore.
#BREAKING: Over dissents from the three democratic appointees, #SCOTUS puts Texas's new House maps back into effect for (and, presumably, through) the 2026 midterms.

The three Democratic appointees, in an opinion by Justice Kagan, dissent.

I'll post the ruling shortly.

The fact that four hostile drones tried to hit Zelenskyy’s plane & it’s barely a blip in the news cycle should terrify everyone. We’ve been dragged so deep into the chaos era that an attempted strike on a world leader doesn’t even break through. When this becomes normal, the world is in real danger.

It took this Celtics fan a few years to agree that LeBron is the best of all time. At this point I feel it’s impossible to argue.
And his last-second pass tells me he’s decided to begin moving towards his finale. Let’s enjoy what remains of his career ✌️
Rui Hachimura with the 3-pointer at the buzzer and the Lakers beat the Raptors 123-120.
LeBron's streak of 1297 consecutive games played of scoring at least 10 points comes to an end.

Gutter racism has gone mainstream. It’s now good for business and one’s career, apparently.
Fox News' Will Cain: "I’m sure there are very honorable law-abiding upstanding citizens and contributors from the Somali community here in the United States, BUT..."

He goes on to say "we aren’t going to pretend here that all cultures are of equal value or the same."

Ah, to live a single day with the unrestrained confidence of this ignorant, despicable child.
Karoline Leavitt: “You’re either a U.S. citizen or not — You can’t be a U.S. citizen & a citizen of another country”

The Supreme Court thought differently as it ruled in 1967 that the government can’t strip U.S. citizenship unless a person voluntarily relinquishes it - not that they care

I still cannot believe the American people asked for this, again. It will never not confound me.

Three out of five men in this shot have been accused of sexual misconduct, harassment or abusive behaviour towards women. A fourth signed into law a near-total abortion ban in his state as governor.

Even if you think the Hegseth and trump spin is believable either they ordered the illegal murders, or they are currently covering for and hiding, aiding and abetting, and refusing to prosecute other murderers in their government

Either way, it is really scandalous! Take your pick I guess

This is ridiculous. It was the first TRUMP admin which developed the cases against President Hernandez. His brother Tony Hernandez was indicted in 2018 and convicted in 2019, and key ally Geovanny Fuentes Ramirez was indicted in 2020.

Both were later sentenced to life in prison!
Leavitt: "The people of Honduras have highlighted to him how the former President Hernandez was set up. This was a clear Biden over prosecution."

Reporter: You said that that second strike was in full accordance with the law of armed conflict but the Navy's own manual of law of war says that specifically firing on survivors from a wrecked vessel is an example of a war crime that's forbidden under U.S. Law and the law of armed conflict…

This guy and his colleagues are openly supporting murder. Think about it. Murder.
Sen. Mullin: "We know that the Navy or the Coast Guard picked up survivors already and sent them back to their country."

Bash: "Could that be because a lawyer in the Pentagon said 'you can't do that again'?"

Sen. Mullin: "No…Why do we care if we take them out in international water?"

The hypocrisy is stunning.
