OKAY SO. I am setting a sort of half-goal for 2026.
I want to increase my bench by 16% this year. That's fifty pounds and I genuinely don't know if it's feasible at this point in my stronkness journey, but that's the goal.

GOT IT. Nailed my only real goal at the gym for this year with two days to spare. 'twas hard and I wouldn't have tried any more weight, but fuck, that feels good.
