Turns out this was all much ado about nothing and Google isn’t using your Gmail to train AI and if wanna turn all that stuff back on you can get your spam filters back
Looks like the article has been updated to suggest maybe they misread the policy.

I see people complaining that this also disabled their spam filters, though I still see new messages showing up in spam so it's still working fine for me after disabling things.
[Correction] Gmail can read your emails and attachments to power "smart features"
Did you know that Gmail can use your emails and attachments for its smart features? Here's how to check your settings.

Billionaires don't need more yachts, but an increase to the royalty rate on Steam would be life-changing for many small indie devs.

1) approximately 5 people answered that they make over $1,000,000

Yes to this crappy salary "average" but piggybacking to say:

The whole "an average career in the games industry is only 5 years" is based on an old version of this survey, where the majority of people had answered that they'd been in games for 5 years *at that point in time*.
The fact that this survey gets reported on as fact every year is actually super fucking damaging to workers in this industry. Legitimately very harmful.

I don't think being rich makes you a monster so much as the process by which people become rich requires monsters as a prerequisite and nothing about the Epstein file revelations has dissuaded me of this notion

Yep. Don't give up the party apparatus, organization, etc to the Vichy Dems.

Kick THEM out.

They're the ones who suck, not us.
Right, the answer isn't to abandon the party to these weasels.

The answer is to flood the party with people who will take it over and transform it.
Hey, a lot of people are talking about changing affiliation from Democratic to Independent.

Let me tell you why you shouldn’t do that in Colorado.

One of the main ways to get a primary challenge candidate on a ballot is to caucus for your party. You need to be registered as a Dem to caucus.

On Saints Row we had a debug npc named Skinballs (lol) that was literally just four spheres wrapped in different shades of skin texture so we could test lighting for different skin tones during development. But teams need to plan for that kind of testing with intentionality, and not enough do.
