This is definitely policing. When someone with a gun and a badge panics and murders a civilian that's what policing is. "Oh no it's when they do forensic science and identify the killer from hair fibers" grow up, that's like thinking the library is where you shrink down and go into a book
Jumping in here to point out that most police departments have training that is far more rigorous and rates of use of force that are far far lower than ICE and the CPB. This *isn’t* policing. IMO: It would behoove if folks didn’t conflate them.
