I feel like Kelly is bringing the "Oh you want to go to court over this? Good, I'll see your ass in court" energy because Whisky Pete just stumbled into a big problem for himself. If the Pentagon doesn't go after Kelly, isn't that just a shot across the bow saying "Yeah, don't obey illegal orders."
