Almost in the last month of the year and I'm thinking about all I wanted to accomplish this year; the things I have achieved and the things that I haven't. Which makes me wonder: when is changing your strategy just giving up? Is it possible to change what you're aiming for without abandoning goals?

It also found only 7 of more than 400 stopped taking HRT... and of those that did, 4 still identified as gender-diverse.
