Drawing fanart or making fic also keeps the interest alive in the setting and story. Don't feed into the cultural strength of the franchise. It is a machine that makes money for JKR's desire to hurt trans people - and transphobia is ALWAYS the canary in the coal mine. The rest of us won't be safe.

Mom wanted to rewatch Hazbin Hotel from the beginning (e.g. the pilot), and I'm noticing that season one works a lot better *after* having the full context of season two. Knowing where the story eventually led makes it easier to notice the buildup and appreciate it despite the flaws.

The last chapter of The Crow Cries at Midnight drops in a few hours. It's... a really strange feeling, having finished this fic after over two years. It's so much bigger than I ever imagined.
I'm glad people enjoyed my Persona 4 Akechi AU. Arena fic will land probably in 2026, haha.

the post credits cutscene of kingdom hearts 3 only makes sense if you're aware of the events of TWO different mobile phone games that aren't available anymore, one of which was japan-exclusive
