Yooooo I saw this in the theaters. It was the first movie I ever saw with subtitles and I fuckin loved it. The scene when buddy mourns Mani dying is still seared into my brain
Rewatch complete of Christophe Ĝans’ horror/romance/martial arts classic. Stylishly directed, gorgeous costume, set and creature design elevated by beautiful action, dazzling fights and tons of violence. Great cast Dacascos shines and Cassel chews all the scenery. Pure cinema!

I never realized how much #StarTrek fandom actually likes DS9 until now. Some might be too young to remember but a lot of folks weren’t too keen on a Black Commander/Capt. I’m glad my dawg is getting his flowers, still my favorite series from Star Trek hands down

Because we have to.
Even working with a publisher that's supportive, press only goes so far. The rest of the success falls on the shoulder of the creator rallying their fanbase.

I was reading these last night and thought about @inkskratch.com’s ideas about how panel design can transform space and time. I didn’t think anyone else felt like that but me, it’s why I’m obsessed with artists who push the medium and so whatever they feel like. Feels like freedom
