In 2024, I ran 1000 miles. But in 2025, due to knee pain, depression, weight gain and work stress, I just didn’t run or exercise much at all.
But, today, I jogged a full hour at a 4mi/hr pace (6.4km/hr), as a down-payment on a more active 2026.
