I feel decidedly less interested in continuing to play the post credits story in Hades 2 then in the first game. The Vows don't provide the same meaningful progression to work towards as the Pact of Punishment, and the gameplay loop feels less satisfying, despite ostensibly being the same...

when someone says "my dice are cursed" you sort of have to agree with them because if you say "marius you are a grown man and I know you know that's not how probability works" they won't say anything but they'll treat you like you are in league with the cursed dice

There's a bill on Gavin Newsom's desk right now that would stop monopoly utility companies from adding the costs of their lobbying and PR campaigns into customers' bills.

It's unclear if Newsome will sign the bill, despite 93% of voters agreeing with its premise.
