After three gym sessions and five swims this week I’ve zero energy left to go back again tonight. Also I don’t want to brave the cold.
It’s helping massively with my mental health and weight loss also it’s free so really I shouldn’t be making excuses but I’m I just can’t psyche myself up to go.

1/ Yesterday I attended a two hour meditation, breath work, yoga and sound bath session centred around healing trauma. I felt indifferent afterwards and very unsure of my feelings. Today I’m feeling anger and frustration, very vulnerable and alone like I just want to be held.
