Something I'm noticing a lot of lately on Youtube is serious pro-ICE botting activity on any local news videos about Portland - empty YT channels posting right after the fact with misinfo and weirdly high like counts. It's highly directed to paving the road for violence towards protestors.

Cuddling at a party with a cute queer person I've met with once or twice before; I mentioned something about HRT and they looked up in surprise and asked me "are you trans?". I think that's the first time that's happened! Mixed feels but mostly euphoria about it, and not just because cute cuddles.

Of the available options, I liked Tidal the most, it's near identical with a cleaner UI, a dollar cheaper, and the sound quality is noticeably a little better on my relatively low-end speakers. You'll probably want to pay a service a few bucks one time to transfer your playlists.

I generally dug the ending of Season 2 of Peacemaker - a remarkably quiet and contemplative season for its subject matter - but cliffhangers are definitely an odd choice in a world where a genuinely good show has maybe like a 50% chance of getting 8 more episodes announced and then delayed til 2030.

I did a pros/cons list when I transitioned in COVID and the pros were literally everything and the cons were fascists, bigots, hatred and discrimination. And I will say the most brave, even patriotic thing I can think of is to make that list and go "this column is full of things that don't matter."
