Wrong solitude vinegars the soul,

How fragile we are, between the few good moments.

Writing award season is bonkers because the odds of being published at all is so small, with rejection rates often between 90-99.8%. True madness. Writers are amazing, willingly signing up to be told no, a lot. Doing great things against the odds. And the writing community is so great. 2/3
