I'm old.

If you're not, listen to this.

Get a guitar or some drums, or a trumpet. Pick up a brush, a pencil, some clay or a welder.

Just make shit. It doesn't have to be good (eventually it will be) just make music, art or write or whatever.

It's literally never been more important.

“A bathtub of mac and cheese” sounds dreamy.
When Grandma brings out the pecan pie after you’ve already demolished a bathtub of mac and cheese.

This is actually really cool because a AAA studio could NEVER do this.

Partly because they probably don’t know what everyone did but also because watching the credits would take 137 hours.
We did something different with the credits for Demonschool. We used this format: name, title, lengthy description of what they did. Often you see credits in games where you don't know what the credited developer was actually responsible for. We wanted to give people proper, actual credit.

If you're enjoying Demonschool, please review it on your platform of choice! We would love to reach 500 reviews by the end of the month on Steam, especially. If we can achieve that goal we will put something very stupid into the game for you all as a reward......

She’s not wrong… unless it’s a game like Tetris where repetition is the point, I want to be introduced to, and invested in, a character. Weak narrative design can turn a technically polished game into a forgettable slog.
Narrative design is seen as "expendable" because it's not "top-level game design", says BAFTA Breakthrough participant Cara Ellison. But narrative is "the thing that actually keeps people picking the controller back up."

Yes. Yes. Go. Buy Dust. Play Dust. Love Dust.
Dust: An Elysian Tail. A 2012 metroidvania with action-oriented combat and a cute Disney art style with anthropomorphic characters, made by one-man development team Humble Hearts.

Don't be fooled by that though because man does this game get dark.

JFC… AI really is getting into everything. Everyone using this should get comfortable with committing accidental tax fraud because AI will inevitably fuck it up. And because you’re supposed to check its work since you have to sign the forms under penalty of perjury, it’ll be your fault. GLHF!
TurboTax is about to be integrated into ChatGPT, where customers will be guided through tasks tied to their tax filings or financial profile by the AI chatbot.

TurboTax owner Intuit is also paying OpenAI more than $100 million a year to power AI agents.

I’ve not used Blender since I’m not a 3D artist, but I appreciate how many features it has while also being FREE!

Because fuck those companies who expect you to spend $18,000/year on a subscription to even have ACCESS to your intellectual property.
Did Blender help you this year? Help back! 🧡

If every active user contributed $5 this month, Blender would be funded for the entire year 2026. Professional 3D software. No subscriptions. No limits. Just your support.

Just read this review, and even though this game was delayed because of Silk Song’s surprise drop, it really sounds like a must-play indie for turn-based strategy and story-driven fans… or people who like demons and punk… or me… or you.

Put this on a shirt a make a bajillion dollars.
I've been getting mad a lot about hollow-eyed, artless money ghouls telling me what's inevitable and then I had an idea I had to draw about it.

To add to this, the lady at around 9:00 in this video is the fucking problem. “It’s okay if 200 people suffer and die from a data center because it brings in a lot of money for our economy when that happens.” No actual remorse, just dollar-cost-averaging using human life. youtu.be/DGjj7wDYaiI?...

I am getting so sick of AI popping up everywhere. More and more every day I see people I know who use AI to make art for their youtube channels, banners for their social media, it's disgusting.
Y'all need to hire REAL artists with REAL styles so your stuff doesn't look like everyone else's.
