Hands off Gaza! The greedy genocidal capitalists and colonialists are planning a total takeover of Gaza. With the plan being shared at Davos to the whole world.

Gaza is sovereign Palestinian land and the only people to decide how Gaza is rebuilt should be the Palestinians.

The majority of organizing happening in Minnesota isn’t just peaceful, it’s INVISIBLE. Moms showing up who won’t be interviewed on TV, people whose ICE patrols don’t turn into viral video. The grocery runs, the donations, the people filming bc they happen to be there. Please remember this.

ICE know that they have passed the point of no return.

Either they will succeed in establishing a totalitarian police state or there will be no escaping the reckoning for what they've done.

We—too—are headed for one of those two futures.

Are you acting accordingly yet?

The worst members of our society are being paid enormous sums to inflict pain and death on anyone they choose. They think they have immunity so they are living out their sick fantasies without consequences.

Every violent act of ICE/CBP agents has precedent in police violence. What we’re witnessing IS an extreme escalation but it is NOT an aberration. It is in historical continuity with settler colonialism, slave patrols, eugenics, police brutality. Cops kill over 1,000 people in the U.S. every year.

Federal agents were assaulting women: striking them, shoving them to the ground, pepper spraying them.

Alex Pretti acted in solidarity with those women rather than in loyalty to other men who had strength of arms and state power. A betrayal to white supremacist patriarchy he was murdered for.

During the uprising in Turkey in 2013 CNN was running penguin documentaries while people were knocking down police barricades with a backhoe they stole from the cops who were using it to knock down their barricades and it became one of the big jokes of the revolution

Moreover, ICE must be destroyed

I would treat any statement from a US government source at this point as about as trustworthy as the Russian government or any other modern authoritarian regime.

Rojava is outside our usual context but we know of their struggle from the solidarity actions they have shown with our Myanmar friends. So it was with horror we saw the ongoing attacks on them unfold recently.
Solidarity with those fighting to defend their communities. May you be victorious.

I've talked to people on the ground about the strike here tomorrow, and the single thing everyone brings up is just how shockingly wide the support for the strike is. Businesses that no one would have expected to support it are doing so.
National media should really be covering the fact thay every major school, museum, and arts institution in the Twin Cities, and hundreds of local businesses are closed tomorrow to protest federal occupation.

Nothing like this at this scale has happened anywhere in America anytime in living memory.

interestingly enough, Armstrong's been arrested on grounds of violating a law designed to protect abortion and medical care facilities - the state will *always* use laws we think will defend us to actually attack our movements. We cannot find sanctuary in the law. Solidarity to Armstrong.

Should the kalaallit / Inuit people be ruled by Denmark? No. Would the US conquest of Greenland improve matters for them or anyone else? Absolutely not. On the contrary.

Should we engage in worldwide struggle against all forms of colonialism and imperialism? Yes, with tremendous urgency.
