I rolled a d100 to get an age (61). Privileged youth, death of a lover, build a strong home surrounded by family (I interpreted this as a found family, because they were exiled from home), stern cold guardian against the night.

Sounds like a troubled soul whose life could have gone a lot worse...

It's curious that historical accuracy is much more important when it comes to excluding women, or denying the existence of people of colour, as compared to when it's about potatoes existing in a medieval world, or just how much money one gold coin is...

With a d12 and a d20 you can get results for d4, d6 and d10 by dividing (or modular arithmetic, if you're cool like me). You can also get d2,d3,d5. With a bit of fiddling you can get d8, d9, d15, d16, d18.
