There are people who can't work or who already have worked for years and deserve to live out their golden years with dignity. It's our job to make sure they have a roof over their head and a safe place to sleep at night.

People can't recover from addiction if they don't have a home. People can't get a job if they don't have a home. And a focus on getting people to work is misplaced when we know that seniors are one of the fastest growing groups in our homeless population.
