They pissed on the files on purpose. Congress has to go back & demand unredacted AND unedited files.
Thoughtful analysis always demands that you examine the source. Here there are layers. First, an extremely untrustworthy government had them after doing God knows what to them. Second, many of the documents are likely to include any and all allegations whether they were substantiated or not.
